Nestled between the wonder of the aurora borealis and the rugged nature of the northern frontier, our little brewing outpost is one of a kind. Located in the spirited town of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories we are the northernmost brewery in Canada. Our brews combine Canadian-grown grains with the purest water in the world to create our unique beers—infused with the can-do, make-do spirit of the North. While brewing off-grid may have its challenges, our brews will enhance your character one sip at a time. Can. Thank you, Ryan! Hazy, pale amber. No head. A bit chewy, lots of malt, there's a decent hop bitterness, though not as much aromatics. Still, it hits and I'd drink a pint.

New territory tick, courtesy of pictoman (thanks, Ryan!). 473mL can, pours a somewhat hazy bright orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is full of resinous hops, caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is dry and bitter, with big, bitter resinous hops, bready malt, and toasted caramel. Quite malty, but also very, very bitter. Plenty of room for improvement, but really not that bad.

473ml can. Pours a clear amber brown with a small, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves curtains of lace. Sweet aroma of chocolate malt, honey and nuts. Sweet flavour of toasted bready malt, honey, caramel, chocolate and nuts in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average to soft carbonation. A little on the sweet side, but still tasty.

Has a great head and copper body. Aroma is soft whisky and malt notes with hints of citrus. Has a fine smooth flavour with hints of hazelnut and caramel, some honey on the back end. Dry finish, could use a little more texture. Good and reliable, very drinkable. Sampled at the brewpub, this place is packed again. Good for them.

Has a great head with some substance to it and a brown copper body with minimal carbonation. Aroma is soft hops and maybe some malts, but not too strong. Flavour is lager-ish with good hop notes and a malty nutty finish. Good oiliness on the mouth. It’s well done, a promising start to this brewery.
