Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, sweet toffee - fudge, alcohol, light to moderate hoppy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, alcohol, yeasty. IMO a bit messy - sorry Menno ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130503]

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2013 - Session I. Pours cloudy amber with a light cream head. Delicate tang in the nose, tangerine. Medium sweet flavor, light tangy citrus. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Further tangy citrus fruits in the finish. Very decent.

Black color with small beige creamy head. Quite strong and nice aroma of roasted malts and coffee, strong yeast too, some cardboard. Full bodied, with good flavor of roasted malts, moderate sweetness, some coffee, light leather, correct bitterness.

Tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2012. Pours clear gold with a creamy white cap. Light toasty hay aroma, some dry melon. Light notes of tangerine and melon in the flavor. Light bodied with average carbonation. Very clean to finish. Easy drinking.

Bottle @ ansjelaah. Ruby to brown colour, medium, creamy beige head. Smells slightly hoppy.. Not a lot of smell. Tastes heavy, nuts, roasty, some chocolate, hops, raisins, bitter. Full body, nice carbo.
