About
Although the pub already existed for some years, brewing on site started in 2020. The first beer [Haghe Blond] was presented on July 16th, 2020.
They announced a collaboration with Eiber, to brew and distribute together, end of 2025. Unclear if they still brew on site.

On tap @ In De Wildeman (6.4%). Golden blond color with firm white head. Aromas very flowery, grain, grass, raw vegetables & some sweet fruit. Flavor quite bitter with lots of grain & fruit. Bitter finish. Reminescent of good German beer only stronger. A German IPA?

Draft at the Wildeman, Amsterdam. 6.4% abv. Clear gold beer. Good creamy white head. Clean palate, a little crisp. Fresh grapefruit and a little mango. Bitterish aftertaste. Effortlessly drinkable and tasty beer.

From cask at NHBF. Almost opaque yellow colour, dense white head. Aroma of hops, light fruity, chalky, pale malts. Flavour is light sweet, dry, yeast, bitter, light fruity, liquorice root, long dry bitter hoppy finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice, but very bitter.
