Bottle from Havnens Vin & Tobakhus, Vejle, Denmark
Hazy blond color. The aroma is mild, delicate hops, with a flowery touch, light fruits and toffee as well, tea. The mouthfeel is very dry, the flavor is quite poor, there is some malt and very light toffee, straws, chamomile, and less than impressive hops. The bitterness level is appreciated.
Easy, goes well with food.

Tap at Stagshead on my solo drinking adventure. Pours jet black with nice frothy head. Tastes of vanilla, cocoa, toasted malt, resin, and slight floral. Light and easy drinking stout but pleasant

Shared a 500ml bottle. Poured a rich dark amber color with a slightly off-white head. Aroma was hop heavy, not too dank, but a nice hop cone, citrus aroma. Flavor was nice rich malts, with plenty of balancing hops. Enjoyed.

Bottled 6/25/12 so yeah its fresh. I lucked into this bottle because a good friend had my back, thanks Bert. Pours a slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a huge meringue like head that leaves lots of stickies on the way down. This smells incredible! Grapefruit, pine, resin, a bit of tangerine or orange, and hardly any barley to be found. The flavor follows the aroma obviously. There’s a splash of bready malt somewhere in the beginning before the resinous pine and citrus onslaught. Nice tropical fruit flavors coming through along side the dank sticky pine and resin. Finish is fairly dry with a pleasant lingering hoppy bite. Medium to light body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick resinous mouthfeel. If this beer wasn’t so damn hard to get and so highly priced I would drink these all the time, its a beautiful beer. Maine beer, you make wonderful brews, but the 16oz bottles and your high price point turn a lot of people off. /end rant

500 ml bottle thanks to Michael. Pours a cloudy orange color with a very large white head. The aroma is rich citrus hops, light perfume. A rich fruity brew, some sweet malts akin to Belgian malts, spicy, pepper, a rather dry finish. Clean and very tasty.

Bottle: Poured a clear bright golden color ale with a nice pure white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of floral and citrus hops is quite amazing with light sweet cereal notes also detectable. Taste is a superb mix between some floral hops notes mix in with some notes of light cereal. Mix of citrus and floral hoppy notes is just about perfect. Body is about average with good carbonation. I really liked this beer and I guess the East coast breweries are not catching up on West coast brewery about adding hops into beer being more then just about bitterness.
