Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wood, sweet malt, dusty, light flowers - herbs, glue notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, candy - sugar, wood - herbs notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB 06/11/16, large sample. Clear amber color, medium frothy off-white head. Aroma is quite spicy, bit clove, bit peppery, flowery and grassy hop, soft caramel touch. Slight sweet in taste, quite spicy again, bit dry. Bit dry in the finish. Spicy belgian ale. Ok, but not really exciting.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Biernavigatie.nl Golden with a big white head. Aroma is surprisingly hoppy for a Belgian blonde. Taste is nicely bitter and mouthfeel is creamy. A surprisingly tasty blonde which is deceptively easily drinkable.
