Bottle at Stout 3 & Freestyle Tasting, thanks to Leighton.... It pours golden yellow with a small white head. The nose is cereal, hay, oat, light sweetness.... not much else. The taste is cereal, hay, light earth, paper, underlying sweetness and lemon pith with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. Run of the mill lager.

Bottle shared at the Stouts Pt. III & Others Tasting - London. Sourced from the Drinkers’ Paradise. Pours clear, bright gold with a moderate, creamy white cap. Sweet grainy malts in the nose, hints of honey. Light to medium sweet flavor, some papery honey, dry bread, subtle rubber, faint herbs and hay. Light bodied with average carbonation. Cereal grain malts to finish, mild paper, some dry hay. Not undrinkable but not great.

Small white head. Clear yellow body. Mealy vegetable aroma. Dry smoky taste. Mid-bodied. Mild mouthfeel. Dry-sweet sugary smoky aftertaste. Very little flavour apart from the smoke. (0.33l bottle, shared by KnutAlbert.)

Bottle @ home, courtesy of Rasmus40. Thanks! Pours a clear golden yellow appearance with a white head. Grainy straw, vanilla, hay aroma. Somewhat bitter, a touch smoky (huh?), straw, grainy flavor. Kind of strange.

Bottle at Epcot. Darker orange color with a small, beige head. The nose is apples, floral and resin hops, and cane sugar. The flavor is sweet, with a very nice hop bitterness. The palate is medium to heavy, sticky and crisp. Overall, this is a nice, strong and flavorful lager.

Bottle at JF’s (from Hogsback shop) 28/10/12. Clear pale golden with a thin white head that soon clears to the edge and forms a small pond. Light malty nose, grainy, rice, barley. Taste follows, touch of citrus, not a lot doing ! Medium bodued with spritzy carbonation leading to a dry finish.
