Draught at WeHa, 5/31/25.
Clear blueberry-purple.
Some tartness and a bit of blueberry, less so apple, before a fair amount of sugar in the finish. Clean.
Sweet, with an interlude of mediocre blueberry concentrate before the sweetness returns. Very low apple flavor. Very Downeast-like cider for the masses.

Can from Crafted. My first CT cider shocked by this assumed I’d had a bunch from all New England states. Cloudy greenish yellow. Nose is sweet apple and some white wine. Tastes of the seeetvprssed apples more than dry blend I assume, pears, Sauvignon blanc, some florals. Medium bodied.

Pours pale yellow, clear, no head. Aroma of flat cider, dry pears, salt. Taste has tart apple notes, some passion fruit. Palate has more passion fruit permeating the nasal cavity. Good.

Pours a clear crimson-amber with little to no head. Aroma of mild ginger, some appley zest, a little bit of berry. Taste has cranberry elements, some cider notes. Palate has some very pleasant ginger accenting the continued sweetness of the apple juice. Good.

On tap at Engine Room, pours a hazy straw colour with a small white head. Aroma brings lots of fresh cucumber skins, with a touch of salt and dry apple skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of crisp cucumber and quite a salty palate, with just marginal notice of the apple skins. Bone dry and quite salty. Very good gose-like cider.
