Description
Modest artisanal micro-brewery installed by Quentin Mangel in 2016 in the valley of Steinbach, in the south of Alsace. I have now moved to the center of Bollwiller in the plain. I produce all kinds of beers there in very small batches... but also mead (dry honey wine) with the honey of local beekeepers.

My principles are: quality, originality and innovation! The whole range is in constant renewal and governed by a single rule which is to produce good beers and good meads consistent with my values

Bottle ahared. Clear dark brown with creamy dark beige head. Roasted nalts, toffee, citrus hops, chocolate, hazelnuts, orange peel, dank fruity hops and light pine. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied. Tasty!
