Bottle 0.75l. Slightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, quince, some tropical fruit, peach compote, pear compote. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, moderately bitter, touch of alcohol, citrusy, bitter grapefruit skins, tropical fruit, compotes again, woody, spicy and resinous tones, needleleaves, pear. Full bodied. Tasty.

Bottle 0.75l, one year aged. Lightly cloudy, deep gold colored. AROMA- sour tones, lightly citrusy, touch of cascara. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, slightly tart, sour citrus, cascara. Medium bodied. Too light and subtle for me.

Can via 100 piv. Feels fairly oxidized, caramelly, and also quite boozy. This ruins the beer for me, had promise apparently, but failed spectacularly.

Tap at Zil verne. Pretty good classic NEIPA, med-full body, med-high carbonation. Medium bitterness, medium sweetness, lots of juicy exotic fruit character. Very tasty, very good NEIPA.

Can. Hoppy aroma and taste, citrus fruit, fermented fruit, medium bitter. Medium body, hoppy bitter finis. Average.

Can 0.5l. Lightly cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, tangerine, tropical fruit, vanilla, flowery, smooth resins. FLAVOR- lightly sweet, lightly bitter, juicy, malt, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Very good.

Tap at Zil Verne. Golden color with medium white head. Aroma od pear and cinnamon. Taste is pear, cinnamon, salt. Nice.

Tap at Beergeek Bar. Herbal, lightly dank and fully fruity aroma, some passion fruit, peach, minty. Lean, clean taste, mild orange, solid herbal presence, citric, some bubblegum, feels like it has oats which it doesn't have, unusual. Another good IPA from Falkon!

Tap at Zil verne. Medium body, medium carbonation. Very high bitterness, unpleasant grassy hop burn. Med-high warmth, somewhat burning. Med-light sugary sweetness. Malt in the background, so is hops aromatics though. Feels just strong and very bitter, with fine points lost somewhere along the road. Average.
