(Draught at Beer Geek Bar, Prague, 23 July 2015) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, hoppy nose with dark bread, chocolate and a touch of resin. Malty, slightly roasted taste with notes of caramel, chocolate, grapefruit, dark bread and a generous resiny bitterness in a fairly dry finish. Almost full body, quite dry. A bit different, but really tasty. Very nice.

Draught @ Note Bene, Prague. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head. Aroma of malt, fresh fruity hops, peach, citrus, mandarin, grapefruit. Flavor is malt, rich fruity hops, citrus, orange, mandarin, grapfruit, light alcohol. Medium body, soft carbonation, dry and lasting bitter finish. 240815

Cloudy (my mistake) beige to muddy orange beer, bit irregular creamy yellow to beige head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very malty, honey, grains, sweet, bit oxidized, maybe some fruity jam. MF: soft carbon, full body. Taste: sweet malty start, grains, hay, some caramel, toasted biscuits, bit sugary, bitter touch. Aftertaste: very intense bitterness, medicinal, highly unpleasant, very dry. Way too much bitter hops, and the aroma hops have left completely. Weird thing, is that their Stalker IPA, same BB date, was still very good!

Clear amber beer, creamy irregular yellowish head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: very fruity, caramel, bit soapy, floral, citrus. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: very fruity start, some caramel, citrus, pineapple, bitter, dry. Aftertaste: very fruity, sweet malts, caramel, nice piny bitterness.

Black colored, medium strong tan creamy lasting head, nice lacing. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malt a bit burnt notes, citrus, tropical fruits and some floral, moderate strong. Taste is medium+ sweet caramel, chocolate, bit of candy syrupy, citrus and fruity hoppy, roasted burnt finish and aftertaste. Medium+ bitterness, moderate- hoppiness. Medium+ bodied, moderate carbonation, bit thick and oily. Strong hops in the aroma but the hop intensity doesn’t follow in the flavor.

Appearance: Clear golden color. Huge, nice lacing, white head.
Taste: Light sweet, medium bitter, citrusy hops.
Palate: Medium body. Long bitter finish.
Overall: Good, drinkable IPL.

Aroma: Dark malts, light smoke roastiness, light fruity, light sweet.
Appearance: Brown-dark red color. Minimal, off-white head.
Taste: Very sweet, light spicy, light fruity.
Palate: Medium-full body. Sticky texture. Warm finish.
Overall: Nice, heavy.

Draft sample @ Berlin Braufest 2015. Orangée, col crémeux blanc-cassé. Arôme au bouquet fruité et agrumes, notes vertes avec un bon bouquet de pamplemousse. Palais de houblonnage à cru avec de belles notes d’agrumes, et un fleuri tenace. Retrouve un côté abricot, pamplemousse et léger épicé. Sec sur la fin avec une effervescence moyenne.

Amber color. Clean hoppy nose with apricots and grapefruit. Medium body but lacks dry hopping and bitterness. Well balanced but just lacking that umph.

very dark brown color. Very good roasted malt character with dark chocolate notes. Very smooth. Nice lingering roasted malt finish
