Very dense, fine-bubbled creamy, off-white head, pretty stable over veiled orange beer. Shoepolish, solvent, Petit Beurre cookies and a hint at citrus peel. Very spiced, peppery, mustard powder, coriander-like, and especially yeastesters. Dried herbs and lyophyllized mushrooms. Retronasal a little taste of coffeemilk. Discreet alcoholwarming; medium bodied, sharpish MF. Not my coppa tea.

Big head, dark amber colour, goes well in a Belgian chalice. Aroma of malts, some witbier notes, some barley. Taste is a smooth mix of malts, a little caramel. Palate could be stronger. Good for drinking lots of.
