Bottle 0.75l from our archive, the third one for our ninth wedding anniversary. Clear, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy herbs, lots of herbs, flowery, a bit funky, malt, spalt, wooden barrel, slight touch of cheese. FLAVOR- neutral, moderately sour, the same as aroma. Medium bodied. Really nice one, well aged, hoppy, funky. Great.

Bottle, 750 ml, shared with kajser 27 and Miro B. Hazy yellow with small white head. Some fruit, citric, mint, basil, fresh wood, kiwi, sourish. Medium bodied.

Dry, fresh, some sparkling mouthfeel, the birch with, spruce and honey is fresh and tasty, thin, like the low abv and taste.
