12 oz can from Tavour. Nose is big coffee, coconut, and chocolate. Hazy copper with a medium, quickly disapating off white head. Flavor is lightly sweet with a hint of bitter, coffee, chocolate, and a finish showing the coconut.

12 oz can purchased as a single at Tipsy’s Wine and Spirits in Mission, Kansas. The pour is a pale yellow golden with a lasting 2 inch white head. There are a bunch of carbonation bubbles. The aroma is citrus lime, vegetal pepper and general grassiness. The taste is lime citrus upfront, cilantro grass earth close behind and peppery jalapeño in the back. There is also a bit of wheat present. The palate is light bodied with soft carbonation and all of the flavors in the lingering finish. Interesting Saison, easy drinking.

12 oz. can. Hazy, light yellow color, with a big, bubbly, white head. Celery, light jalapeno, lime peel, cinnamon, and pine. Sweet and citrusy, with a light bitterness. Light body, with a thin, warming, and crisp. Fun idea, but weak and thin.

Sample at GABF 10/07/2017, thanks to my bro for assistance with note-taking. hazy yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lace. Guava, wheat and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of guava, wheat and biscuit malt. The finish is wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.

Not too much guava but damn refreshing and easy to drink with a hop back. Nice fruity/sour nose though.

Alcohol is very subtle here. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Pine and some citrus. Bitter finish like snow in August in Edmonton. Tap at brewery.
