Description
Sinds 1985 worden er maar liefst acht heerlijke Us Heit-speciaalbieren met passie gebrouwen door brouwmeester Aart van der Linde. In de productie en aanlevering van grondstoffen wordt uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt van leveranciers uit de omgeving. Het hele productieproces van onze producten is zodanig ingericht, dat we het hele proces van akkerbouwer tot consument zelf in de hand hebben. Wij kiezen heel bewust voor deze verantwoorde wijze van produceren. Niet omdat het goedkoper is, want de productie wordt niet simpeler of goedkoper, maar juist in het extra karakter wat wij aan onze producten mee kunnen geven door deze manier van brouwen en stoken.

Bottle shared ABC Beers. Pours clear amber orange with a big off white head. Aroma is a little floral with citrus, sweet malt, sugar and light fruit. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

30cl Bottle at WWT II After. Clear light amber, white head. Aroma of light bready malts, some sewage, skunk, light fruity. Flavour is malty, bread, light plastic, light fruity, light bitter finish. Not as bad as expected. Light-bodied.

Sampled from bottle thanks to Borresteijn. Clear rusty orange color, small white to off - white head. Smell and taste malts, a nice bitterness, lightly fruity. Appearance: Hazy dark golden color with a bubbly white head that ends up in a fine white layer on top. It also leaves a fine lacing.
Aroma: A bit sour and fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Slightly sweet, and light bitter. A well integrated sour note. Not disturbing at all. Creamy carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Sweet and sour. Mild fruity Feels like raspberry. Also a bit spicy .
Overall impression: A bit disappointing. Although it was easy drinkable. Not very complex.

Bottle @ home. Clear yellow colour with a medium head that doesn’t last very long. Smells very malty, hay, cornstash on a farm. Tastes very malty, very sweet, hay and again cornstash on the farm. Thin body, little to no carbo.

Bottle sampled at Gouda Winterbier festival. Pours clear amber with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel, yeast, herbs, coriander and fruit. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
