Description
Sinds 1985 worden er maar liefst acht heerlijke Us Heit-speciaalbieren met passie gebrouwen door brouwmeester Aart van der Linde. In de productie en aanlevering van grondstoffen wordt uitsluitend gebruik gemaakt van leveranciers uit de omgeving. Het hele productieproces van onze producten is zodanig ingericht, dat we het hele proces van akkerbouwer tot consument zelf in de hand hebben. Wij kiezen heel bewust voor deze verantwoorde wijze van produceren. Niet omdat het goedkoper is, want de productie wordt niet simpeler of goedkoper, maar juist in het extra karakter wat wij aan onze producten mee kunnen geven door deze manier van brouwen en stoken.

Bottled. A slightly hazy dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, spices, and sweet malt. The flavor is very sweet and very malty, combined with notes of caramel and a bit of spices, leading to a dry finish.

30cl bottle. BB 12/08. Trade with Thewolf. Pours amber with a reddish hew and a small stable creamy beige head and lacings. Nose is sweet of bread, dark fruits. Vaguely roasted caramel. Smooth and full palate. A bit of vinousness and lightly sticky. Taste has lots of caramel, bread and even some chocolate. Very nice.

On tap at ’t Arendsnest. Hazy light yellow colour, white head. Aroma of malts and wheat, sweet. Flavour is sweet, malty, wheat. Light biter finish. Bottle 75cl.Clear medium amber brown color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, berry. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090612]

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and dusty hops. Thanks fonefan for sharing.

Bottled. Cloudy amber, small head. Caramelly yeasty almondy nose. Sweet and full bodied with well rouned mouthfeel. Warming and gentle with mouthfilling flavour of spun sugar and caramel. Low bitterness.

Bottled. Cloudy deep golden. Aroma of honey and cork. Sweet and fruity, above medium bodied. Spicy with some alcohol and vegue notes of glue. Quite interesting, although a bit alcoholic.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Slightly hazy orangey brown with some floating impurities and a rough off-white head. Aroma of dried fruit and yeast with a whiff of metal. Medium body, overripe and dried fruit accents with a little yeast. Subdued bitterness. 120609
