On tap at BIERlab, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dry brut yeast, restrained hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is very dry, with lots of champagne yeast, crisp hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Really nicely done. The yeast is used very well. Excellent.

On tap at BIERlab, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, light resins, some dankness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is similar, with dank, piney hops, some vegetal notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Pleasantly balanced but not really all that good - too vegetal. Meh.

On tap at BIERlab, pours a clear pale amber with a tiny head. Aroma brings out gentle whiskey and bready malt. Flavour is loaded with whiskey, with plenty of oak. Lots of whiskey oak chips. This is very nice.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours cloudy amber. Aroma is candy funk, salt, Mirabelle indeed. Body is medium, punchy sour, low carbonation, but strong Mirabelle indeed. Yoghurty. Quite good.
