Can ordered from Inn At Home, Newbury. Aroma is malty, nutty, chocolatey, oaty. Berry edge. Glossy darkest brown. Foamy tan head. Light-medium bitter with a tangy berry edge. The malts and oats add a really grainy savoury porridge element. Bitter coffee and liqourice then take the lead. Whispy booze. Medium bodied. Oily. Flat-average carbonation. Big character.

Can from Inn At Home, Newbury. Aroma had tart citrus and a soapy sweetness. Hazy pale orange. Foamy white head. Initial citrus sourness before bitter stone fruit joins the fray. Underlying sherbert. Umami hints in the finish. On returning to the beer after dinner a resinous is there I hadn't picked up on previously. Medium bodied. Creamy pithy mouthfeel. Average prickly carbonation. Dry finish. Lovely juicy yet resinous IPA.
