On tap at EAP, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of caramel upfront, followed by cocoa and some salt. Flavour is full of salted caramel, butterscotch and burnt sugars. I'm not a fan of salted caramel but this is well-made.

Tasting at Matt's, bottle
Cloudy pale blond colour. Strong smell, vanilla, fart, lemon. Very strong acidity, it has some nice funk, some lemon juice, finishes with strong astringency.
Not bad.

375ml @ Matt's new place. Appearance: hazy blonde with a weak white head. Aroma: wild yeasts, barrel, mango. Taste: along the same lines, moderately to highly acidic. Overall: pretty good for what it is, but it's too acidic than I prefer.

Pale and hazy. No head on this one. The aroma shows both of these fruits. On the palate, medium tartness, slightly fizzy, has a fair amount of the caj�, just a little bit of mango. Gets quite tart in the finish. Could do with more sugars, that would help the fruits come across the palate a bit better.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out stone fruits, light oak, and a touch of mango. Flavour is tart and acidic, with lots of sharply acidic stone fruits, light oak, and some bugs. Acidic stone fruits on the finish. Clumsy, not dialed in right, but too bad.

Rather pale pink and slight haze. Lots of fruit on this one - not sure what it is though. Almost a sweaty character. Quite tart, lactic and I think the fruit is bringing some sour as well. Not extreme sour though, despite the name. I think there’s berry and citrus in here (description confirms tem raspberries e lime).

40ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, spices, peppery, light veggies,bit milky. Average smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, peppery, spices, herbal, grassy, doughy. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of earthy, peppery and herbal notes. Decentish, drinkable 5,4,6,3,10

40ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. Orange clear color, small white head. Smells candy, bit jammy, berry notes, dark fruits, some sweetness. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of berry notes, dark fruits, light sweetness, light marzipan, light spices. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of berry notes, dark fruits and some marzipan. Pretty nice one, nice berry notes. Good one 7,4,7,3,15

40ml from tap at Down Jones Market Beer. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells bit sourish, citric, earthy, peppery, herbal. Ok smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, peppery, hints of some sweetness, some ripe fruits, bit herbal. Finishes bit bitter sweet with notes of ripe fruits, earthy and peppery notes. Decent overall 6,4, 6,3,11

Tap at EAP Emporio dos Pinheiros, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Pours plum color with no foam. Aroma is intense of banana. Body is only fairly dense, with almost no carbonation. Taste is medium sweet, with limited bitterness and a little sour hint. Final is fairly long.
