Medium body, an initial sweet noble rot then comes a discreet tartness and the notes mentioned above. More subtle and sophisticated than big time sour. 291025

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark brown with an orange hue and a small, creamy, beige head. Sweet aroma of noble rot and acetobacter. Medium body, the sweetness has vanished and the beer turs tart, slightly roasty and quite bitter. Lovely smell but the beer itself is quite rough and hard to drink. 211025

Bottle 37,5 cl. Corked and capped. Pours a clear yellow with a neat and lacing, white head. Lovely and very complex aroma, probably with some acetobacter and wild yeast and a woodt white wine note. Medium body, dry sweet and tart, vinous and slightly woody with subtle, underlying phenols. Tart, not sour, nor bitter. Sophisticated. 201025

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lively and lacing, white head. Somewhat muddled aroma, theres vague acetic acid and wild yeast pairet with a discreet woodiness and a moldy note. Medum body, acetic tartness, lightly sweet noble rot and again slight wood. Nice carbonation. Not the most complex of Sours, but quite fine anyways. 010425

Brun uklar med beige skum. Lukter mørke bær, rosiner, fat og eddik. Fyldig. Sur. Smaker Svisker, alkohol og sure mørke stenfrukter. Midddls lang.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is floral, elderflower, some mild tart wooden tones with mild green apple skins. Flavour is tart wood, some elderflower, mild green apple skins and some dry fruity tones.
