Flaska från SB. Disig ljusgul vätska utan skum. Mycket vitt vin, lite som en pigg krispig riesling, gröna druvor, krusbär, omogen nektarin, svavel, hö och halm, en lätt sälta, funk. Inte jättesyrlig men med en lite sträv lätt besk citrussyrlighet. Lyckad datalagring. Mycket gott. Kul med ett nytt skånskt suröl

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a pale yellow with a slight haze and a small, rough, white head. Lovely complex vinous aroma with Brett and acetobacter and some woody tannins. Medium body, an initial sweet noble rot then comes a discreet tartness and the notes mentioned above. More subtle and sophisticated than big time sour. 291025

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque, dark brown with an orange hue and a small, creamy, beige head. Sweet aroma of noble rot and acetobacter. Medium body, the sweetness has vanished and the beer turs tart, slightly roasty and quite bitter. Lovely smell but the beer itself is quite rough and hard to drink. 211025

Bottle 37,5 cl. Corked and capped. Pours a clear yellow with a neat and lacing, white head. Lovely and very complex aroma, probably with some acetobacter and wild yeast and a woodt white wine note. Medium body, dry sweet and tart, vinous and slightly woody with subtle, underlying phenols. Tart, not sour, nor bitter. Sophisticated. 201025

Bottle 37,5 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a lively and lacing, white head. Somewhat muddled aroma, theres vague acetic acid and wild yeast pairet with a discreet woodiness and a moldy note. Medum body, acetic tartness, lightly sweet noble rot and again slight wood. Nice carbonation. Not the most complex of Sours, but quite fine anyways. 010425
