Collaboration of two somewhat lesser known Swedish craft breweries, a (very) strong milk stout flavoured with macadamia nuts and hazelnuts. Initially thick and creamy, brownish mocha-beige, stable but eventually breaking head on a black beer with hazy burgundy edges. Aroma of espresso, melting 'fondant' chocolate, mocha ice cream, ground hazelnuts indeed and I assume macadamia nuts having a comparable aroma in this context, milk powder, latté machiato, a whiff of vanilla even if this is apparently not used, cocoa powder, cognac, amaretto even, shoe polish. Sweet, dense, creamy onset, fig syrup and candied dates with a touch of cooked pear somewhere, clear hazelnut (and macadamia nut) aspect from the start, soft carb, viscous and oily yet smoothly 'drinkable' mouthfeel; toffeeish, black-chocolatey and caramelly layers of sweet malts with only a mild bitter-coffeeish edge towards the end, creamy and sweetened by the lactose, 'hazelnuttiness' penetrating deep into the beer's core; very light and virtually negligible hop bitter touch blending in with the roasty bitter aspect, very coffee-like, even though the toffee and chocolate effects remain dominant and get the last word, gently warmed by cognac-like alcohol. Delivers what it promises in a flawless way so that automatically deserves a high score in my book; well-made, full and opulent, but still lean and drinkable enough compared with many other pastry stouts - not too 'pastry', in other words, which is definitely a plus for me.

Deep purple-pink colour with quick fading head. Aroma has noticeable blackcurrant and vanilla and a hint of raspberry too. Flavour has a deep fruity tang. Lots of blackcurrants. Thick and luscious texture. Extremely flavoursome.

Hazy yellow with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have sweet and sour mandarin juice and also a floral note that I associate with blueberries. Very tangy and fresh. Almost feels like a healthy breakfast juice.

Goed bitter. Aardig hoppig. Wel een beetje een vreemd zoet bijsmaakje. Mango ofzo.

Small off-white head over beer looking as orange juice for all the world. Banana, orange, asafoetida, stiff leaves, and some diary as buttermilk. Sharpish, bitter(ish) and fruity flavours. Bitter orange, also something as other grains: spelt, oats... Pretty slick, velvety - the oats? Feels rather well-bodied too, probably because of the same reason. Good carbonation, long lasting flavours. Pretty nice!

Pours a deep, dark pinkpurple, medium sized, creamy, stable pink head. Scent is strong fruity (berry), vanilla. Taste is very smooth, full, vanilla, red berries, raspberry, milder blueberry like aroma underneath. Medium sourness, simple lacto. Very decent fruitjuice!

Head gone in seconds over fully hazy yellow beer. Very fruity - pineapple dominating. Also peach, passion fruit and strawberry (even wild strawberry). Sour strawberry flavour, not completely natural tasting, sour mango, passion fruit, pineapple. Lactic acid present. Quite slick, almost viscous; feels better carbonated than it looks, not really filled. Weird. Not bad, weird.
