Slightly brownish red, with a scoop of glitter. Yes, glitter. Dunno why. Massive smell of both Dr. Pepper and marzipan, sweet. Light body, but at 6% perfectly fine, pleasant even. Taste is sweet, cherry cordial and subtle marzipan. I quite enjoy this! Not sure if it's still completely mead, but really lovely flavour and nicely light. Excellent soda-esque beverage.

Deep red, clear. Smell is a nice amount of cherry, sweetness and a hint of chilli. Light body, but that was to be expected, not annoying. First some sweet cherry, then a nice kick of chilli. Hot but not scorching, slight linger. Fun stuff!

Day 23. Oof. Can't imagine wanting more than 20ml of this but it's certainly well done. For fans of lemon drops. Luckily the honey prevents it from being overly tart but it's still pretty puckering.

Exactly the kind of mead I might want on Valentine's day. Of course, this is from the 22nd day of my advent calendar but I'm not choosy. Hint of vanilla but just enough to complement the cherry well.

Loads of caramel, a tad too sweet. Probably not an authentic Bochet. I like the idea of discounted bottles due to damaged labels.
