About
The brewery was founded by two people who know beer very well. The first is Gunther Oltra, the former brewer of the Popihn brewery who has already been making beer in France for a few years. And god, Gunther knows how to do it when it comes to hops! The second is Julien du Tremblay who is none other than the founder of Guru Beer. Guru Beer is a distribution company for craft beers located in the south of France. both passionate about well-hopped beers!

440ml. can. @home, 03/08/2022 [#5.274 Global - #62 France - #3 PRIZM Brewing Co] Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Poor retention. Aroma: peach, phenolic and orange rind. Taste: pine needles, peach, nectarine and yeast. Boozy finish. Next one please!

Can. Very hazy pale yellow golden. Massive dank Citra hop, spruce, oats, Indian spice blend. Medium sweet. Over medium bodied with some alcohol. Soft hop burn.

Can purchased at Hoppy Craft in Saint Omer. Pours gold with moderate white white and minimal patterning. Pineapple, tropics, dank and malt aroma. Flavor is pineapple and tropics. A bit cloying with alcohol heat.

Blik via Keukeman, thuis geprobeerd. Het is een troebel oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een fruitige en hoppige geur. De smaak is vol, hoppig, bitter en harsig met tonen van citrus.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (16/07/2022) - Sweet dark and light roasted malty, sweet oozing chocolate, fudge and caramel, medium plus body, sweet creamy malty light spiced lingering finish. Great stuff.
