11.67 oz bottle (I know right?!) Bottle poured. Huge thanks to Jow for this bottle. Upon receiving this, I knew it would be opened with luttonm, because what is a tasting with luttonm be without a random international lager? Definitely my first bottle in this size, and first Bahamas brew, so this is awesome. Clean golden pour, appearance is slightly thick. Aroma is an initial skunk. It settles to a corn cream. Flavor is a thicker creamy sweet malt and softer than expected corn note. Some butter? Popcorn? Eh, not quite that far. A nice imperial imbternational pale lager here. Certainly doesn't lack flavor, so it stands up above a lot of the others. With how hot it probably is in the Bahamas, I'd probably seek out Kalik Session IPA, or Kalik Light, but this is an awesome one to try for sure. Thanks again, Jow!

Bottle at home need the malt liquor rate and kalik has added benefit of good times had in Bahamas memories woriking in its favor. Deeper gold color. Nose is corn and grain. Tastes richer than expected decent body. Corn and grain maybe some caramel. Golden flavor through and through. Some of that weird malt liquor flavor but in nice way.

Beers of the World country 83: Bahamas 🇧🇸

"The beer is clear yellow in colour with a good amount of foam. It doesn’t offer too much tastewise but has a nice malty ending. Very easy to drink in the heat here in Florida." - beersoftheworldproject.wordpress.com

33 cl bottle at The Poop Deck in Nassau, Bahamas. Brassy gold color. Small foamy white head. Light fruity malt nose hints at corn and alcohol. Flavor is light grainy, corn syrup and citrus. Noticeable boozy notes. A bit more pop than regular Kalik.

On tap at Virgil’s Barbeque in Atlantis in Bahamas. Pale yellow gold. Small white head. Light grainy malt nose. Thin bodied, grainy malt flavor. Good choice for drinking with Barbeque. On its own, just another pale Caribbean style lager.

Light nothing like Milan Kundera. At least not offensive. Golden pour. Had a bottle at a conch salad place in New Providence.
