Bottle pour at Koht, pours a clear dull yellow. Aroma has plenty of saffron and cinnamon upfront, floral notes, and fermented out honey. Flavour is fairly dry and quite spicy, with lots of saffron and cinnamon, a hint of fruitiness, and fermented out honey that’s obscured by the adjuncts, especially the spiciness. Pretty rough and lacking integration and complexity. It’s alright.

Bottle pour at Koht, pours a clear dull yellow. Aroma is dry, with whiskey barrels upfront, light floral notes, and some wood glue. Flavour is bone dry, with harsh whiskey, wood glue, and abrasive bitterness. It’s dry alright, but there’s little pleasant about this. Difficult to drink.

Bottle pour at Koht, pours a clear bright red. Aroma has plenty of apple, gentle honey, booze, and light floral notes. Flavour is rich, with booze, abrasive honey, some wood glue, and light apple. Lacking some refinement, but there’s still some nice honey depth. Decent.

TCBW2024. Red colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some blackcurrant and mild other berries to it too. Flavour is red berries, honey and some mild blackcurrant and a bit tartness too.

TCBW2024. Ambery red colour with a small head, which disappears quickly. Aroma is honey, raspberries and some mild nutty and alcohol tones too. Flavour is honey, raspberries, mild nutty and some alcohol sweetness to it. Nice sipper.

TCBW2024. Amber colour with no head. Aroma is blackcurrant, some mild honey, a bit wooden tones too. Flavour is mainly honey and blackcurrant. Nicely sparkling.
