Description
Created in 2014 by David and his wife Stéphanie, the Ibex microbrewery is based in the alpine ski resort of Morzine in Haute Savoie. We craft our beers from the unique source water flowing through the valley. Inspired by recipes from around the world, we favor low-alcohol beers favoring flavor and hopping. We installed a 20hl brewery in 2016 and have been steadily adding capacity, equipment and growing the team ever since!

Leicht erhöhte Karbonisierung. Getreidig herber, grasig hopfiger Beginn. Spritzig, die Herbe bleibt angenehm, zum Ende auch bitter werdend. Mittellanger Abgang. Gut trinkbar. 10/9/9/11/9/9

33cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, yellow fruits, citrus, hay. Taste of hay, citrus, pale malt, moderate bitterness.

33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a off white head. Aroma of blood orange, zest, tangerine. Taste of blood orange, zest, tangerine, grapefruit, moderate bitterness.

Aroma 3. Appearance 4. Taste 2. Palate 2. Overall 7. Soda like aroma and taste, sweet and raspberry. Then becoming sour with medium aftertaste. Not my beer style.
