Tap at Sakaneko. A pale ale with sake lees added. Slightly hazy gold with a thick, low head. Nose is grapes, a bit like a cava, honey, citrus. Fruity, dry flavor, light and crisp. Finish is a bit funky with the sake kasu. Nothing off about it but not very exciting either.
