Aroma has toasted notes, hay, some malt, chocolate and cocoa. Flavour has chocolate, cocoa and licorice. Watery and quite easy-going considering the ABV. But I seem to like this anyway.

Canned@PBF VIII. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is mild toast, liquorice and some mild smoked notes. Flavour is sweet liquorice and malts in a bunch, with some seaweed notes. Still quite cool.

Pours pitch black with a smooth light brown head. Aroma of sweet syrupy notes, nutty notes, hints of molasses, roastiness, chocolate and coffee. Taste is sweet, sugary, syrupy, roasty with notes of nuts, chocolate and coffee. Finish is sticky, sweet and syrupy with notes of nuts. Quite sweet and nutty (pun intended) stout.
