75cl bottle from, I think, Bien Manger. Pours a hazed gold, high carbonation. Good natural fruity nose, caramelised apple mush. Lovely glowing caramel warmth to taste.., light tannic dust on the close. Good stuff.

[Original - 5%] Gusher! Hooray! 😞 Hazy golden apple juice. Little sweet, tart and dry, little orangepeel fruity edge. Lots of wood and tannins. Liquid wood.

Bottle, gusher. Bit hazy golden with fizzy white. Quite funky, dry apple peel, quite mineral, also quite herbal and dry flowers. Light sweet and bitter. Under medium bodied with lots of carbonation and quite dry finish. Quite overcarbonated. Decent cider, very aromatic but not so much taste.

Sample thanks to sjogro. Slight hazy golden with small white head. Funky, dry apple, earthy, massive tannins, leathery, barnyard notes, dry mineral. Lighr sweet and bitter. Medium bodied, bone and bone dry. Nice, but super dry.
Super dry, old apple peels, ⭐️loads⭐️ of tannins and wood, some cool pear, light mold, marmalade-like edges. Juicy, watery, dry like a plank. (Fancy bottle from the relocated Kaapse Bottleshop, which then appeared to be the stash of the Winebar next door)
