[ As Northern Exposure High Coast DIPA ].
ABV: 8.0%. Muddy matt medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity hops, light tropical fruit. Initial flavor is moderate to heavy sweet, finish flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, tropical fruit, citrus, sweet fruit, fruity hops, wheat, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210831]

(Can, 5 Aug 2021) Cloudy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with notes of pineapple, dried apricots, orange and floral hops. Fruity taste with mango, apricots, orange peel, herbs and a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

(Can, 5 Aug 2021) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with pineapple, grapefruit, passion-fruit, honey, floral hops and a touch of sponge cake. Fruity taste with notes of pineapple, grapefruit, passion-fruit, pine needles and a balanced citric, piney bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Juicy, tasty and quite a well balanced NEIPA. Nice one.
