From a 375ml can on 12/3/2025. Pours the deepest brown with a small head. Smells of chocolate with just a hint of orange. More choc orange and Jaffa on the sip, it not overly dessertish. Finishes with a moderate roasty bitterness, and more than a touch of warming booziness. The palate seems a bit slight for the size, the carbonation average. More than drinkable but doesn't really do enough to stand out.

Can. Fairly hazy pale orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus, gooseberries, barely ripe tropical fruit, crackers. Cleanish and fairly dry with loads of citrus and tropical fruit, a slight (pleasant) antacid character and moderate bitterness. Seriously refreshing, very good.

Can. Dark brown with a beige head. Gently smoked aroma with mocha, some dark fruit, bread. Just medium bodied. Smoke is prominent enough but there's no bite to it. Not very sweet with coffee, bread and roast then a little nip of bitterness at the end. Agreeable winter drop.

Can. Pale gold with a large white head. Aroma of crackers, lemon, herbs. OK. But the balance of this is good: it's lean but has that suggestion of richness that good lager has, then it's dryish and bitter enough at the end that it snaps. Tassie Pils becoming a thing?
