Review based on the BJCP2015 guidelines (style 3B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch L31715 (BBF 12/18). AROMA: slight cereal husk note with a medium-low caramelized and honey-like malt character. slight fruity esters. APPEARANCE: ambar color and clear. medium ivory head with good retention. TASTE: similar to the aroma with medium-low cereal husk note, caramelized honey-like malt flavor. medium to medium-high bitterness with a semi-dry to dry and bitter finish that endures. PALATE: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: a pilsner-type beer a bit off course.
