Brutal brewing was established in 2011. It is an initiative of employees of one of Sweden’s leading breweries – Spendrups. Brutal Brewing is controlled and operated by employees of Spendrups on a “free time” basis.
We all have regular day jobs in the brewery. Our committed group consists of clerks and brewers that share the same core belief. Our simple mission is to create great brews and have fun.
That pretty much sums it up. Hopefully, this means that we can share some fun times with you.

Can @ FOneFan. Cleat pale golden with tiny white head. Aroma is malt and grainy. Flavour is malt, grainy, medium sweet, hop, little watery and a little bitter.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Pale golden with a small white head. Grainy malt aroma with a celery note and a dusty touch. Sweetish malty and fruity flavour with a decent bitter finish

Draught as The Geek at Flying Horese. Pours mahogny with an offwhite head. Aroma of citrus detergent. Taste of resins, metall bitterness (at first when cold) and malt. Rather UK for an APA.

Plastic bottle. Pours a clear copper color with a small white head. Fruity malty grainy aroma with weak hints of caramel and weak hints of hops. Sweetish malty grainy caramel flavor with some bitterness. Has a sweetish grainy caramel finish.
