On tap at Popeye, pours a hazy bright orange amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out some resinous hops, orange zest, stone fruit bitterness and big caramel bready malt. Flavour is malty, with lots of orange marmalade, resinous hops, and bready caramel. A bit too malty and orangey for my tastes but not too bad.

On tap at Popeye, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is robust, with a nice balance of roasted malt and piney hops in sturdy fashion. Flavour is similarly well-balanced and assertive, with lots of piney hops and roasted malt. Expertly balanced and harmonious. Excellent.

On tap at Popeye, pours a clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma has a good toffee malt character, with brown sugar and a good healthy resinous hop dosing. Flavour is nicely complex, with toffee, brown sugar, caramel and resinous hops. Wonderfully balanced and integrated. Excellent.

On tap at Popeye, pours a dirty dark brown with almost no head. Aroma is dirty, with dusty cocoa and earthiness. Flavour is full of dark cocoa, some dirtiness, and light earth. A bit too dirty but the chocolate comes through nicely at least. Needs some work.

On tap at Popeye, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma smells like an oyster Irish stout, with a briny character and a thin toasted malt base. Flavour is a bit harsh, with briny notes, toasted malt and sharp tobacco-like earthiness. A bit rough but reasonably constructed for the style. Not especially my thing.

On tap at Popeye, pours a hazy bright orange amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out bright resinous hops, bready malt and some dry toffee. Flavour is balanced and assertive, with lots of resinous hops, light pine, and bready toffee malt to back. Really nicely constructed, with both forceful hops and a nice malt base without ever becoming remotely sweet. Excellent.

On tap at Popeye, pours a clear pinkish golden with a small white head. Aroma has a strange overripe watermelon character with a soft biscuity malt. Flavour is full of watermelon, with earthy notes and light watermelon. It's alright for what it is but pretty useless.

Feels pretty authentic. Got something slightly fruity about it though.

Roasty, cola, lightly fruity, quite dry, touch of choc. As you’d expect but quite nice.
