Bière bue à Lyon au hopstore en pression. Très belle robe trouble jaune dorée. Mousse crémeuse peu persistante. En bouche, carbonatation vive et multitude de peites bulles, ensemble vif et crémeux à la fois. Nez tropical, ananas, mangue, bouche sur le houblon tropical également, amertume bien équilibrée. Une Ipa tropicale dans les règles de l'art.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a shaker. Clear pale golden colour, good but loose moussy head, dissipating unevenly, lots of small bubbles, patchy lacing. Fruity aroma, pale malts, mango, peach, lychee, grassy hops. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grapefruit, nectarine. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, dry bittersweet aftertaste, orange pith, husky notes, crisp, well-made, nice.
