Thanks! 330 ml. can sampled @ The Rake. Dark amber, tanned head. Nose is lovely old school herbal pine resin,… Taste is thick massively oily herbal pine resin, caramel, thick malty lingering herbal, pine,… Body is thick malty. Great old school stuff, wonderfully done.

The great pre GBBF bottleshare at ChrisO’s. Can. Bright clear amber beer, good cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Soft malts, a little creamy sweetness. Ripe orange and tangerine. Mild spice and pine. Light semi dry finish. Tidy and drinkable.

Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig, August 5, 2017. Copperish pour. Quite fresh and mildly malty nose, bit of spice. Taste is creamy, more spice and some mild hop bitterness. Pretty nice to drink actually, malty base well balanced with hops.

Can shared at Chris & Ruth’s pre-GBBF Shindig 2017 - Part 1. A clear dark amber beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of resinous hops, ripe peach, red malt. Taste of strong reddish malt, resinous hops spruce.

Can. Black with a light tan head. Aroma is light with mild earth, vanilla and choc-malt. Light bodied, verging on thin. Pleasantly lowish carbonation. Chocolate, somewhat astringent roasted flavours, a little somewhat weedy bitterness. OK.

Taster at GABS Auckland 2017. Pours hazy orange. Bitter orange peel, mango, golden syrup, papaya. Juicy but still a strong bitterness. Nice.

Pint on tap at Mojo, Sydney. Hazy golden beer with thin white head. Highly carbonated. Distant hop nose, touches of fruit. Light fizz followed by nutty hoppy finish. Fun and easy-drinking at 5.8 %.

Schooner on tap at K&B hotel. Dark fruit nose, red/orange beer with solid white head. Laces well. Lots of bubbles. Flat mouthfeel, oily texture. Finish is malty with a touch of smokiness. Solid quaffer, the type of beer you drink after work.
