Sample courtesy of mR_fr0g, cheers Fergus! Pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of funk, lemon rind, acetic. Taste is tart, tangy, acetic, apple, fleshy, lemon rind, acidic, along with alittle leathery tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry funky finish. Nicely drinkable.
