Bottle thanks to PhillyCraft. Pours hazy orange, small white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is fresh field grass, pepper, citrus, Brett. Flavor is light sweet and a very light Bretty funk. Clean and easy to drink. Nice.

Bottle at the DC Expanded Sour Tasting. Shared by MrChopin, thanks. Poured a cloudy golden yellow color. Solid funk notes, sweet tropical fruit notes. Light mango finish.

From a 50 cl bottle shared at Travlr’s sour beer tasting. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma of white pepper. Herbal flavors with lots of pepper. Crisp finish.

Bottle at RBWG ’15 Grand Tasting @ Coppertail, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Hazed orange amber with a decent off white covering. Nose is tangy red berry, straw, raspberry jam, light oak. Taste comprises straw, light perfume, tangy raspberry, red berry fruit, light bread, wooded tones, citric rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent berried up saison.

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid berry saison.

Nose is funky, grape must, damp hay, floral tones, light citric. Taste comprises funky tones, lihgt brett touch, wood must, tarte grape skin, lemon rind, bitter orange, spice, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is roast, toffee, chocolate, wood. Thin mouthfeel, dark chocolate, roasted malt, lingering dryness, very good.
