Bottle thanks to PhillyCraft. Pours hazy orange, small white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is fresh field grass, pepper, citrus, Brett. Flavor is light sweet and a very light Bretty funk. Clean and easy to drink. Nice.

From a 50 cl bottle shared at Travlr’s sour beer tasting. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Aroma of white pepper. Herbal flavors with lots of pepper. Crisp finish.

Nose is tangy red berry, straw, raspberry jam, light oak. Taste comprises straw, light perfume, tangy raspberry, red berry fruit, light bread, wooded tones, citric rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent berried up saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a very dark brown with small beige head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is roast, toffee, chocolate, wood. Thin mouthfeel, dark chocolate, roasted malt, lingering dryness, very good.
