Medium brown. Lightly toasted malts, caramel, nutty. Softly carbonated. This is a gem. Love their take on the style.

Copper with a white head. Spicy, slight sweet caramel, a bit sweet. Lightly dry. Quite a nice saison. I would drink this all afternoon if I could.

Dark with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is light on the roasted malt, a bit of chocolate, too. Flavor is light, but that’s to be expected for the abv. Roasty, light cocoa, a bit of earth tones. Not powerhouse of flavor but easy drinking and good for a spring afternoon.

Golden copper with a white head. Light spicy hop aroma. Flavor has a very cleansing feel to it with light hops and decent toasty malt. Easy and tasty.

Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has bright citrus hops, light caramel malt, a bit of earthy tones, too. Medium bodied. Has a nice lingering, bitter finish that smacks of an American IPA. The lightly toasted malt profile shows a bit of British influence but the bright citrus and lightly floral hops are American. Enjoyable. (Cask)

Hazy light orange with a small white head. Aroma is light spicy yeast, a bit tart, light funk, some earth, and a bit of citrus fruit. Flavor has a bit of brighht citrus fruit, yeast spice, light funky tartness. A restrained saison with a mild bite. Very relaxing and nice for a hot summer afternoon. (Draught at London Gril, Phila)
