Caña en el I León beerfest 15..07..2018. (r11). Color amarillento velado con espuma blanca persistente. Sabores maltosos y cereales con toques herbales maduros y ligeros cítricos. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber, algo gaseosa y áspera. Normal.

Orangish color, off-white head with poor retention. Aroma has notes of caramel with hintt of hops. Flavor is light bittery, caramelish, some toasted notes. Light bitterness in the final with citrusy hints.

Pale amber, white head. Aroma is honey and pomelo. Fresh, not so bitter. Medium-lasting finish.

Bottle from More than Beer. Unclear orange colour, thin off white head. Nose is caramel malts, light oranges/mandarines, garlic/onion smell of simcoe, bit of fruits. Flavour is caramel malts, citric, fruity, fairly bitter. I don’t taste the wood or whisky, well maybe the slightest hint of wood. Anyway, decent enough.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is phenolic, toasted and caramelish. Cheesy, phenolic and dry toasted malty. Bitter and slightherbal finish.
