0,5 l bottle with an overloaded lable art design. Not cloudy, no, milky in the glass. Very small head for a Weizen. Low carbonation. Modest sweet fruity, more yeasty on the nose. Starts with a little bit sweet banana. Followed by a light yeasty sourness. Watery! Big disappointment. Don´t think that something with the bottle is wrong. Best before date 14.03.14.

500ml bottle from appellation wines, cheers Ash! Pours murky brown with a thin white head. Aromas of banana, clove, toffee, touch of honey. Taste is sweet, needs more bitterness to balance it out. Bit thin. Not bad.

Bottle 500ml. @ home.[ Courtesy of Flaskefolket ]. Unclear - hazy light to medium amber orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, caramel, light hoppy, moderate to heavy yeasty, fruity, yeast, light banana, bubble gum notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft. [20130404]

Amber, hazy, frothy white head that dissipates
Aroma - soft spicy hops, some mellow citrus slight sour notes, soft yeast, hint of banana, slight lemon
Taste - Fruity yeast, soft cereal, light spicy, soem soft mellow citrus, quity fruity for a hefe. slight peppery note, tiny hint of banana, very mellow hefe, quite creamy cereal
Palate - soft carb, medium body, smooth soft texture, Finish as main flavour, quite dry, fairly rapid finish
Overall - Not had a hefeweizen like this - it’s very mellow, not bad at all

Tap at GBBF, thanks to Fergus. It pours milky brown with a small white head. The nose is earthy, smokiness, milky, wood and smoke. The taste is smooth, sweet, oily, smoky, ham, orange, earth and decent bitterness with a dry, earthy funsh. Medium body, fine carbonation and oily mouth-feel.

Cask at gbbf 2013. Aroma is slight smoke bready malt and wheat. Flavour is some banana bread some . milky brown with a persistent white head. Flavour is good drinkable. Clove. Nice pint Shame about its looks.

Bottle from bierzwerg.de. Hazy orange golden color with thick long lasting off-white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, banana, clove. Taste, banana, wheat, yeast, clove, hints of lemon. Very light bitterness in background. Well done Weizen.
