Bottled (as Karg Leichtes Hefe-Weissbier). Slightly hazy golden colour, mediumsized white creamy head. Aroma is banana, some herbs, yeast and mild yeastyness. Flavour is citrus fruits, wheat, herbs and some slight bananish notes. Balanced and refreshing. Surprisingly good for being only 2.9%!

Bottle, shared by Papsoe. It pours a hazy, orange to tan body. Finger-thick, creamy, off-white to beige head. The aroma has banana, caramel, a hint of alcohol, toffee and even more banana. Sweet, fruity, banana-ish flavor with hints of citrus, caramel and some hops. Full-bodied and effervescent, dry and slightly warm. Bitter, sweet finish with banana. A beer that starts rather ordinary, but soon turns out quite nice. (090514)

Bottle. It pours a hazy, orange body with a minimal, white head. A bit oily. Banana, some cloves, wheat and a little citrus and hops in the aroma. The flavor is on the sweet side, with banana and cloves, some wheat and bitterness. Medium body, a bit low on carbonation. Some bitterness in the finish, but lacks on everything else. Very nice for a leichtes weissbier, I could actually easily down a few of these. (090228)

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 08/2009). Hazy yellow color, average white head. Banana aroma with dry papery and iron water notes, maybe also those toilet-cubes Phil mentioned. Watery palate. Citrus, a bit acidic, light banana notes. Bland and similar to their Dunkles Hefe-Weissbier.

Bottled (Beerangel, BB 08/2009). Murky brown-amber color, small beige head. Banana estery nose with rye bready and yeasty notes. Quite watery balate. Light sweet banana flavor with some yeast and bread. Dryish, watery aftertaste. Very simple, sweet dunkelweizen which feels more like a normal hefeweizen.
