On tap at Battersea Beer Festival 2006. Dirty brown with hints of gold. Not the world’s most attractive beer. Lemoney/vinegar aroma with some bubblegum. Really quite a nice dunkel weiss. The lemon is really noticeable throughout. Good finish

Bottle at London Gathering Nov 05. Cloudy old gold colour with thin off white head. Dull malts, bit stale and a bit of yeast. More wheat beer flavour in mouth with lemons on the finish. Bit of golden syrup flavour too. OK. 3/5 Re-rate - Bottle at Battersea Beer Festival 2006. Cloudy deep gold colour with lasting white head. Bubble gummy, lots of banana. Soft in mouth with nice flavours. A good weizen bock

A very spicy dunkel. Lots of cloves. Some of that banana taste in the aftertaste. Also a nice yeast finish and a bit bitterness. This was a pretty nice beer, better than i first thought.

Bottle. Spicy (clove/pepper) banana aroma. Cloudy dark tan color with medium head. Initial taste of sour malt with slight clove and bananas in the middle and a very nice yeast finish. Nice body. A nice dunkelweizen if you don’t like sweet flavors.

Bottle. A very malty aroma - mild banana, lemon, and clove. Tannish yellow cloudy color with ample head. Slightly tart malt flavor primarily - light banana. Full bodied. Nice - not nearly as sweet as many Weizens.

Dusty banana nose. Murky dark orange - head could be a bit more stable. Banana taste but also the yeasty dustflavours appear again. The beer dominates the front of the mouth - the back does not get any. Fizzy mouthfeel, light. Refreshing, but not my favorite.

Murky pale orange. Banana aroma. Sweet with mellow body. Decent and refreshing, but I'd like the body to be firmer.
