--Bottled at PBF XIV-- Dark brown with huge, lively head. Aroma of tree bark and chocolate. Mid sweet with light body and clean mouthfeel, spritzy carbonation. Chicory and tree bark. Resinous bitter finish.

33cl bottle. PBF XIV. Poured dark brown in color. Dense, white head. Aroma of yeast, some chocolate and sweet malts. High carbonation, mmaking it hard to drink.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some mild grassy and mild grainy tones. flavour is fruity, floral, some grassy and mild grainy tones with some oaty elements.

Ljusgul vätska med vitt accelererande skum vid upphällningen. Sånt där som bara ökar i glaset trots avstannad upphällning. Arom av våt kartong och rå säd. Aromerna får sällskap av kokta grönsaker i smaken och det sällskapas med en rejält kantrad snedbeska av mindre bra slag.

Smutsgrå gul färg med storbubbligt skum. Vid öppnande av flaskan väller dryck ut. Tydliga aromer av päronskal. Efter att låtit den vila några minuter görs ett nytt doftprov och då har päronsklen försvunnit och ersatts med blöt säd och våt kartong. Smaken är grovt kantrad mot kemisk tvål och ännu mer våt kartong. Synd då de varit intressant att smaka en svensk hantverkare av kölsch-typ. Flaskan märkt med bäst-före-datum: 2024-07-01.
