Flaska från SB. Gyllengul disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Stilltypisk doft och smak. Kanske lite mindre kryddad, mindre syrlig och lite sötare vilket i alla tre fallen är minus i min bok. Rejält med banan/skumbanan, vete, kladdigt vetebröd och jäst och den tickar många boxar trots allt. Gott

Bottle from Systembolaget. Aroma of worcestershire sauce and thick malts. really nice mahogany colour. Not so sure of this one. Feels a bit rough for a påsköl..I cant put my finger on it, a bit of worcestershire in the taste; peppery ending.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a smallish and lacing, off-white head. Bready nose, toffee, toast. Medium body, slightly sweet toaste malts with a pleasant, balancing bitterness. Just how I want a Dunkel to be honestly. Uncomplicated and highly drinkable. 050521

Ljust gyllengul lätt disig vätska med tunt skum. Gräsig, örtig och lätt degig arom. Överraskande tunn och vattnig smak. Nejlikan tillsammans med gräs finns där men rejält nerskruvad. Tråkigt då förutsättningen för något bättre kan anas.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear nut brown, rich firm head. Caramelly nose with some grass. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread and caramel, grass and hay. Mid bitter finish. Pleasant.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Aroma is pretty lovely, strong on pineapple, touch of mango, all quite sweet. Standard caramel colour. Taste is quite grassy with dry hoppage feel and taste. Bitterness dissipates quite quickly. Decent and will see how it fares on tap next week. (4/4/21) ---- Tap at Captain Cooks, Östersund. Decent. (8/4/21) --- Tap at Bua, Östersund. 3.6 to 3.7. Bottle from Systembolaget. Lots of chocolate in the smell. Nice mahogany look. A simple yet superbly crafted malty winter lager. Very smooth and tasty.
