On tap at Santa Therezinha, pours a cloudy milky yellow with a small white head. Nose is full of chalk, with stone fruit pith, yeast soup, etc. Flavour is typical incompetent hazy: chalky, yeast soup, muddled hops. Poor.

Slightly explosive can, possibly overfilled. Black with dark creamy head and surprisingly heavy on the carbonation. Aroma has sweet, woody, earthy notes and there's a hint of cinnamon and tonka too. That is even stronger in the taste. Sweet spiciness. Even a gentle warm spicy note too. Just a hint of cacao. Not terrible considering the cinnamon/tonka abomination but I miss most of the coffee and cacao that I was promised.

Black with dark creamy head that thins out quickly. There's toasted peanut in aroma and flavour but it's not over the top. Certainly a very thick, sticky stout. Fortunately the pastry elements are limited and sufficiently mute. There's still a solid dark malt base.
