Creamy lightbrown good mostly diminishing head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate. Excellent.

Canned 473ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Murky orange coloured, medium sized white head, citrusy nose. Citrusy, juicy, light dank and touch of alcohol with rather bitter finish. Not bad at all.

Canned 473ml. -from Goblet Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, chocolate and cocoa in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, pistachio and light alcohol with some lactose in the finish. Tasty one.

Can shared by Grumbo: Poured a golden with light whisper haze, head was white and fast dissipating. Aroma is guava, fruity, hops. Taste is fruity, guava, candy, light bitterness.

4/9/2021. Can shared at Suffolk’s RateBeerian gathering. From Beerdome online. Pours slightly hazy pale gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of guava, apple, pastry, passion fruit, lactose, custard, sherbet. Medium sweetness, light bitterness, light sour. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Quite subtle, had a nice sweet and sour finish. Good.

2 August 2021. At Huzaar, Ghent. Shared with the lovely Anke! Cloudy black, big, frothy, dark beige head. Strong aroma of cashew, toasted macadamia, brown bread, chocolate sauce, espresso, prune, burnt caramel, meringue. Taste has sweet fig & prune in a very thick malt body of (dark) chocolate, brown bread & nuts (chestnut, hazelnut, peanut) along earthy-umami teriyaki. Earthy hoppy finish with coffee, fondant, bitter toast & toasted nuts again, dash of warming whisky alcohol. Full body, creamy texture, soft carbonation. Massive Pastry Stout, with the nuts adding sufficient 'dryness'.

ABV: 10.0%. Cloudy dark black colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light brown head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, dusty, moderate nutty, hazelnut. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, roasted - coffee, hazelnut, malt bitter, rich. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy and sticky, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20210723]
