Ein richtig amerikanisches 🇺🇲 Craftbier, das einfach abstrus und trotzdem cool 😎 ist: mein erstes Sour Pastry Stout mit Zimtschneckenaroma, welches ich über einen ukrainischen Craftbiershop bekomme. Hört sich komisch an -ist es auch! Ein saures und doch malziges Schwarzes, das zudem intensiv nach Zimt und Hefeteig riecht und schmeckt 😜. Dabei ist es Aromenbombe und ausgewähltes Aromenspiel zugleich. Während der Einstieg mehr dem Sauerbier gehört, kommt dann das malzige Stout im Körper und wird im Nachhall von der Zimtschnecke abgelöst. Komplett durchgeknallt und streckenweise überladen, aber duch irgendwie lustig und angenehm zu trinken. Man muss einiges an Experimentierfreude mitbringen, aber dann ist es wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
