Brilliant and bright NWIPA brewed with Columbus, Cashmere and El Dorado. We then this dry-hop this IPA at nearly 3lbs per barrel with Strata, El Dorado and Cashmere. Look for a dry, crisp finish with prominent notes of citrus, melon and pineapple.

Can to becher pint glass.
Appearance: semi-clear golden color with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head which slid off nicely and left some light lace
Aroma: piney hops, light grassy hop tones and lighter tones of some danky to earthy hop character; clean malts underneath
Flavor: malty bittersweet at first then opens up to becoming more hoppy bittersweet; subtle aftertaste of bready malt tones and piney to grassy hops
Texture: about medium bodied - maybe a touch under with a fair sessionability about it, delicate smoothness on the tongue; finishes briskly with the hoppy piney-ness
Overall: mostly good AIPA I believe I could have again.

Tall can from Brewcraft at home. Very clear light light yellow pour with minimal white head. Aroma is grass, melon, pine. Taste is more pine/grass dominant with some mild tropical melon in the middle, very biscuity throughout. Palate is slightly on light side with mild to medium carbonation. Finish is dry biscuit grass bitterness. Not bad. Very clean and seems like they got what they were going for.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of citrus peel, pine, crackery malt, flowers. Pours nearly clear golden with a two finger cream white pillowy head with excellent retention and lace. Taste has a moderate pithy bitterness with flavors like the aroma, finishing dry. Well executed and straightforward modern NW style IPA.

Pint Can. Bright copper color with a thin creamy head. Mild aroma of citrus and florals. The flavor is somewhat subdued, perhaps this can has aged a bit, but the flavors of citrus and melon are nice enough. Dry, lingering bitters to finish. Not bad for a walk on the lighter side of the style.

Canned 1/21. Unclear gold with a white head that fades to a fluffy cm. Aroma of orange rind, peach, some pineapple, bread. Punchier citrus than expected with light tropical; notes, very light bready malt and a little herbal astringency along with moderate bitterness at the end. Pretty good, spritely, refreshing.
