Can. An unclear, golden-orange beer topped by a dense, finger-thick white head leaving lacings. Banana, cloves and some herbal notes in the aroma, wet cardboard too. Grains. The flavor is orangey, grainy and lighlty bitter with a solid dose of banana, and also some cloves. Medium body, dry, with pleasant carbonation. A quite boring one, but drinkable. 130309

Can. It pours a crystal clear, light golden body and a dense, finger-thick white head. The aroma is very grainy, with a grassy, lightly peppery hoppyness. Dry on the palate, medium bodied and pleasantly carbonated. Grassy, resiny hops and pale malts in the flavor. Lasting bitter finish with pale malts and fruity, grassy hops. Bottled. A pitch black beer with thick dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, soy sauce, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, alcohol, soy sauce, chocolate, and wood, leading to a dry roasted finish. Thanks yespr for this.

Bottle @ Bierfass, Århus. Pours black with a light brown head. Aroma of roasted malts, light smoke, dark chocolate, dark fruits. Flavor of malts, coffee, dark chocolate, light smoke, plums and other dark fruits, licorice. Medium body, soft carbonation, alcohol very well hidden. Nice Imperia stout and very easy drinking for the ABV. 101112
