Bottle @ derat, small sample. Clear orange to amber color, short head. Aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruit, some pine, sweet caramel and toffee. Quite sweet in taste, soft to medium bitterness. Caramel, toffee. Bit too sweet for my liking.

Flasche (33 cl) von Jenny Lou’s, Peking. - Tiefschwarz mit einer dünnen Decke dunkelbeigefarbenen Schaums. - In der Nase überraschend kräftige Hopfenaromen, die an ein IPA erinnern: tropische Frucht, Nadelwald, Menthol, erst dahinter Röstmalz und Mokka. - Antrunk ebenfalls wuchtig hopfenaromatisch, gefolgt von Mokka und Bitterkakao. Malzsüße ist kaum ausgeprägt. Gut rezent, fast etwas zu sehr; schlank und trocken. Im Abgang kräftige holzige Hopfenbittere, beinahe verbranntes Röstmalz und eine deutliche Note von Asche. - Interessantes Porter mit geballten, fast schroffen Hopfen- und Röstmalzaromen.

Bottle @ Cafe Derat. Clear golden coloured with an of white head. nose is pine, syrupy, caramel malty. Flavour is caramel malts, pine hops, fruity, citrus, fairly sweet. Medium bitterness, and well hopped. a revved up version of the ipa.

Tap @ Cafe Derat. Clear golden coloured with an off white head. Nose is tropical fruits, peach, mango (deScription courtesy of caesar), super fruity. Flavour is light malted with a lot of tropical fruits, and a nice hop bitterness. Very clean and easy drinkable.

Keg at Derat, Utrecht, Netherlands, Thursday 1st October 2015. Pours gold, good clarity, soft in mouth, fruity with a light tropical bite, good. I have seen this about town both in bottle and on tap now so pleased I got to try it, good beer. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, passionsfrukt, apelsinskal, päron med toner av gräs och tall. Torr, lagom sötma, fin beska med smak av citrus och grapefrukt.
